Thanks for the quick reply. Thanks for the feedback on how obtaining a recommitment on the 504 plan may offend, so I will give it some more thought.
Movie and snack - Thanks for brining up - Baili can have Herrs regular potato chips, Regular Fritos, plain gold fish crackers. If you need other suggestions please advise. You mentioned oils, you also have to watch for if it made in the same facility or on the same line as nut products.
Valentine day - Thanks for bringing up - Correct she should not eat any and if there is say reeses peanut butter cups - she should not handle and should wash her hands and she can bring them home and we told her we will go through them together.
Thank you for your continue support as well.

I will get back to you about the items that Baili can work on.
About the complacency issue. I assure you that no one has gotten complacent. We diligently look out for peanuts and peanut butter every day. I dont think a recommitment of adherence is necessary and could possibly offend since I know for certain that it is in the forefront of everyones mind daily.
I am offering my class a movie and snack reward for 100 flashtastics. I was wondering what kind of snack I can bring in for the class. I usually get an assortment of individual bags of pretzels, chips and popcorn. I know that some of these contain peanut oils. Do you have any suggestions on what kind of snacks I can bring in so that it is completely safe for Baili?
One last concern is Valentines Day. The students usually bring in candy along with their Valentines. I, of course, will stress that no peanut products should be brought in but are there any other concerns about the candy? They dont eat the candy in class, they take them home, but still I want to be on the safe side.
Thank you for your continued support,

I do not wish to have a conference per your note that it is really not necessary. However, I would like an item or 2 that you feel she can work on for improvement.
On a separate note I would like to obtain a recommitment of adherence of the allergy plan, kind of like an audit to ensure compliance after it was put in place. I feel that people can sometimes get complacent if everything "Seems" ok - so this serves like a refresher - Should I consult the Mrs. Downward for this? Please advise.
Thanks again and have a nice weekend.
