We have an allergen control program. We conduct an allergen changeover cleaning with every allergen product produced on all equipment used. However; not all equipment is dedicated to specific allergens (eggs, dairy and tree nuts) in our facility. We conduct these changeovers post the production of the allergen product to remediate the allergen residue from the equipment used and conduct random micro swabbing post do determine the cleaning effectiveness of the changeovers.
