Our cookies are peanut and tree nut free, but most of the our product contain gluten except from our Keto Friendly Cookies that are naturally grain and gluten free since they are made with seed flours.
Allergen Statement
Fancypants Baking Co. is a dedicated peanut and tree nut free facility. We source our ingredients solely from manufacturers that operate peanut and tree nut free facilities as well. All of these manufacturers are required to provide written guarantees that there are no nuts present in any part of their supply chains, and are required to provide proof of active HACCP Plans (Hazard Analysis and Critical Controls Plans) which ensure for proper, frequent sanitation and segregation of any other allergens that may be present.
Nuts in any form are banned from the entire Fancypants factory including visitor areas, employee common areas, and production rooms. Posted signage, employee education on our allergen program, and our own HACCP Plan and sanitation requirements provide the highest level of allergen control. We know that an allergic reaction may be produced by even the most minute contamination, which is why we take every precaution to provide a safe nut free environment for our products.
