Dear Brandon,
Koch Turkey uses Soy, Wheat, and Milk in a room that is separated from the raw primal operations. Koch’s Turkey has an effective Allergen control program and a well-educated staff both on allergen control and allergen awarness. The facility does not use tree nuts or peanuts on any line or room in the facility. However, the vending machines may contain tree nuts and or peanuts, and we are not, and do not declare our facility a peanut or tree nut free facility at this time. All employees are educated in allergen awareness and GMP’s including hand washing prior to returning to work. Employees are also required to don nitrile gloves prior to returning to work and at start up an after any break. All of our products are allergen free of the “Big 8” as per FDA guidelines with the exception of a few flavors of marinated tenders. These tenders are properly labeled to identify the allergen protein it contains, either soy, milk, or wheat.
Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.
Regards,
Matt Andescavage

Koch Turkey,
I have a daughter that is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts, does any of your products use nuts in the process, ingredients or may be in the facility that can come in contact with your products?
Specifically I like to buy the turkey breast, but want to know for the other products
as well
I looked on the website and did not see a FAQ or allergy section,
please advise when you get a moment,
Happy new year
Thank you
Brandon
